The Waiter/Steward will be responsible for providing excellent table service to guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly and assist them in seating. Present menus and explain daily specials, if any. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve orders promptly and ensure all items meet quality standards. Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations. Follow all restaurant service standards and safety guidelines. Assist in billing and payment process when required. Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and timely service.
