Purchased $70 clipper. Only worked once, then power shuts off and doesn't cut. Customer Service wants me to pay to return and offers 40% off an upgrade pair. No, thank you. One use after 3 months should give full replacement or full credit toward different pair. Disappointing for a Made in US company.

Bought trimmers at Sally's. They weren't working right from the start and soon were really bad. Sallys won't do anything for you so I took then to wahl in Sterling and they fixed them pretty quick. I am glad I didn't have to mail them and was close enough to drive there!

I recently took my Wahl Clipper for a few replacement head pieces. They told me they would be $5 each, no problem. When I returned to pick up my razor, the cost was $10. It was cleaned up nice, new heads plus they replaced the cutting heads! I give them an A++
