Wagad Infra operates six fully automated Ready Mix Concrete plant that caters to surrounding infrastructure development projects. Wagad Ready Mixed Concrete is widely used as a replacement for other materials considering the cost and multiple applications in building, particularly in large-scale projects like multi-story buildings and bridge construction. Job Description The Sales Manager for Ready Mix Concrete(RMC) Division will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. This role involves managing a sales team, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with other departments to meet business objectives. Responsibilities · Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals. · Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts. · Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. · Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. · Negotiate contracts and terms with clients. · Prepare sales forecasts and budgets. Academic Qualifications · Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil (Preferred) · MBA Marketing (Preferred) Practical Qualifications · Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions. · Strong customer service orientation.
