Key missions of the position: Submission of compliant Techno-Commercial bids pertaining to tenders floated by MCF, BLW & Private customers. Submission of in time responses to all queries raised by RDSO/Lucknow. Responsibilities : Preparation techno commercial offers in consultation with various internal departments such as Finance, Purchase, Production and R&D and submit the same against respective tenders in IREPS portal for all the tenders being floated by Production Units of IR. Capturing the tender opening results and communicating the same to respective regional sales team for further follow up. Ensure correctness in orders received from various railways and inform regional offices for any discrepancies so that timely amendments are sought from respective customers. Coordinate with internal departments such as SCM, Production, Quality and Commercial for smooth and timely execution of orders. Keep of a track of tenders quoted, orders received, orders executed, amendments required, forthcoming tenders, invoices raised, payments received, BGs submitted and all related activities pertaining to sales. Regular updating and maintenance of CRM tool. Prepare presentation relating to business cases, order intake, execution etc. Support the management in preparing budget and STRAP for the coming years Extend all necessary support to regional teams for effective customer engagement and timely resolution of customer needs. Implementing all practices and guidelines in Tender management as per the IRIS/ISO audit documents. Manage and maintain MIS for Order Intake, Sales, Orders on Hand, Payment received, outstanding payments etc. Writing request letters to Production Units seeking required amendments and DP Extensions against the orders placed by them. Preparing Monthly sales forecast and reviewing the same with SCM for monthly DMP review meetings. Interacting with Engineering, Quality and Field service to teams and submitting responses to RDSO on all the issues raised by RDSO Any other work as advised by Reporting Manager in view of the organizations requirement. Professional Experience Should have at least 8 to 12 years of experience in Bid Management. Should have hands on experience on IREPS, Salesforce, CRM, MS Office.
