We are looking for a Direct Sales Representative to drive sales and expand our customer base for furniture refurbishment services sofaclinic.in. The candidate will be responsible for identifying B2C (individual customers) clients, promoting our repair and reupholstery solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Calling Leads from digital marketing. Understanding the requirements, quotation and closing sales. Updation of CRM systems with data entries, tracking leads, analysing sales patterns, making effective sales strategies. Conduct on-site visits and inspections to assess furniture repair and refurbishment needs. Understand customer requirements and recommend customized refurbishment solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Explore partnerships with interior designers, architects, and real estate developers.
