The Role We're looking for a Product Engineer whos comfortable working across the stack and is curious about using GenAI tools to improve development workflows. Your job will involve building frontend/backend features, experimenting with AI tooling to speed up development, and delivering real working apps not prototypes or research papers. Youll work directly with the founder or a senior engineer, and help ship features across a few ongoing projects. This is a builders role , with practical exposure to modern stacks, design systems, and AI productivity tools. Responsibilities Build and maintain web/mobile app features using modern frameworks (Next.js, React Native, Tailwind, etc.) Use tools like V0.dev, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to generate/assist code and UI Write clean backend APIs (preferably in Python/FastAPI or Node/Express ) Work with Firebase, Supabase, or PostgreSQL for data management Collaborate on basic UI/UX decisions and work with component libraries or design systems Stay updated on AI tools and techniques that can improve speed or quality of your work What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience building real apps (can include internship, freelance, or side projects) Comfortable with React or Next.js , and a bit of backend (Node or Python) Good understanding of how to structure full-stack apps Willingness to explore and adapt to AI tools in your workflow Not afraid to debug or figure things out were all learning as we go Good communication and ability to work independently in a small team Nice to Have Experience with Tailwind CSS , Firebase, Supabase, or mobile frameworks like React Native Prior use of V0.dev, Copilot, or Claude for coding assistance Understanding of how LLMs or prompt engineering works (even at a basic level) Interest in product thinking not just code, but why were building something What You'll Get Work on real-world applications that go live not internal tools or dead-end prototypes Learn how to blend traditional development with AI tools A chance to grow into a lead role as we expand Flexible work setup and simple, transparent culture Fair compensation (project-based to start, full-time potential)
