Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat. *Provide accurate information regarding internet packages, billing, technical support, and installation procedures. *Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, organize, and analyze operational and network performance data from various departments. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Monitor key metrics such as subscriber growth, usage patterns, service uptime, complaint resolution, and revenue data. Work closely with the technical, customer care, sales, and finance teams to gather required data. Design and automate dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across all reporting systems. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to support strategic planning. Assist in data migration, implementation of new software tools, and process improvements. Maintain and enhance data security, backups, and access control protocols. Troubleshoot reporting issues and support the management team with ad-hoc data requests.
