Key Responsibilities: * Counselling & converting walk-ins/leads to admissions * Overseeing daily centre operations & coordination with faculty * Managing fees, records, CRM & reporting * Handling student/parent queries, discipline & support * Local marketing, events & school outreach Requirements: * 36 yrs in counselling/centre management/retail sales * Strong communication (English & Tamil), convincing skills * Process-driven, good with CRM/Google Sheets * Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
