Roles & Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit). Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Support recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management processes. Ensure smooth coordination with different departments for HR-related queries and support. Provide presentations for ongoing and upcoming residential projects to internal teams and stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations. Excellent knowledge of HR functions, policies, and statutory compliances. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
