We had a satisfying purchase experience with the help of R.Lakshmi who was extremely patient and courteous. She took a lot of time and effort in helping us identifying and purchase according to our choice. Though the store is generally crowded on Saturdays we could get proper attention and service.

What an amazing customer service. Meghala was amazing, she took absolute care in showing every single piece that I was interested and o was continually asking her questions about each pieces. She answered very clearly with clarity and it was a pleasure to see the elegance of every jewelry I looked at today.

Amazing designs and it’s our evergreen favourite to shop at VBJ for us. Staff are very friendly and make your jewellery purchase experience overall a great one. Ms.Arthi.S is a great staff who has a smiling face and sweet nature has played a major role in making my purchase a hassle free one.

Regular customer here. They have great service and the Anna Salai branch has excellent and unique collections . You will have to pick up the piece when it is available as they constantly change their designs. We got great advice and service from Mr. Anandan
