Job Description Qualification - Graduate Manpower management : Regularly checking security personnel, monitoring their grooming, and ensuring they adhere to uniform standards Recruitment and training : Sourcing, recruiting, and training new security personnel, and ensuring compliance with company standards Site visits and audits : Regularly inspecting security sites, identifying and addressing operational gaps Client issue resolution : Responding promptly to client concerns and resolving issues efficiently Operational excellence : Implementing security protocols and procedures Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Security: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
