Role & responsibilities To plan and manage the production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets with required quality and safety standards. Experience : 7 to 10 years in home textiles exports. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and leadership abilities. Planning Management: Execute daily production plans and ensure smooth operations. Monitor shift performance, minimize downtime, and achieve output targets. Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams for seamless operations. Salary : Negotiable as per experience.
