We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic E-Commerce & Online Sales Executive to manage and grow our online business. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, online promotions, customer communication, order processing, and performance tracking across various online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conduct product research and market analysis to identify trends and profitable products. Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other platforms. Handle social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Channel) and run paid ad campaigns. Create product images, videos, and engaging content for online sales. Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely deliveries. Monitor sales reports, ad performance, and maintain profitability. Manage basic accounting, GST invoicing, and online payment reconciliations. Stay updated with new tools, AI, and digital marketing trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in E-Commerce operations, online sales, or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Good understanding of digital marketing tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and Canva. Skills in product photography and video editing are an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of basic accounting and GST is preferred. Ability to analyze sales data and take growth-oriented decisions.
