Prepare and arrange documents for internal and external audits. Assisting with employee performance evaluations and tracking employee performance metrics. Provide support on compensation and benefits, including answering employee questions and helping with the enrolment process. Organize, plan, and execute HR events, such as company-wide meetings or team-building activities. Manage administrative aspects of employee benefits programs, including enrolments, updates, and terminations. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive HR information with discretion.
