Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sangole. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of solar projects, managing electrical and civil works, and ensuring proper operation and maintenance of projects post-installation. Day-to-day tasks will include project planning, coordination with clients and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications \n Knowledge and experience in Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems Familiarity with Wind Energy and Power Generation principles Strong project management skills and ability to work on-site Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with electrical and civil works related to solar installations Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
