Work with Siemens and Fanuc controllers. Interpret and work from technical drawings. Maintain machine accuracy and tool life. Take ownership of quality and productivity. Handle day-to-day responsibilities of a CNC machine shop. Troubleshoot operational and dimensional issues on the shop floor. --- Requirements: Proven experience in CNC turning operations. Strong programming knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc controllers. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to handle challenges. Minimum [X] years of experience (ideally 2+ years).
