Job Role: Assist customers on the shop floor, manage product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain overall store hygiene. Responsibilities: Assist customers in finding products and offer basic product information Refill shelves and check product expiry regularly Maintain product display standards and cleanliness Support billing team during rush hours Handle daily stock inward/outward entries (training provided) Arrange items neatly on shelves Remove expired/damaged products Maintain store cleanliness and assist store staff as needed Requirements: Minimum 12th pass Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory Good communication and customer service attitude Willing to work in shifts Should be fluent in Marathi and Hindi.
