As a Senior 3D Artist / Character Artist specializing in creating realistic human characters and VFX, your role will involve owning the entire process of 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, facial lip-sync, and VFX for immersive, AI-driven applications. You will collaborate closely with technical and AI teams to deliver high-quality assets for Unity & Unreal Engine environments. Key Responsibilities: - Create photorealistic human characters from concept to final render - Perform high-end 3D modeling, sculpting, and PBR texturing - Rig and skin characters for realistic body and facial movement - Animate characters and ensure facial lip-sync for dialogue-ready assets - Integrate assets into Unity & Unreal Engine environments - Work on VFX, lighting, shaders, and deliver cinematic quality outputs - Collaborate with technical teams to align assets with AI, CV, and simulation pipelines - Optimize assets for real-time and immersive applications such as XR, simulations, and metahumans Must-Have Skills: - 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D / Character Artist - Proficiency in Blender, Unreal Engine, and Unity - Strong understanding of VFX pipelines and realistic rendering - Hands-on experience with rigging, animation, and facial lip-sync - Demonstrated ability to create realistic human figures - Solid grasp of technical workflows, pipelines, and asset optimization Good to Have: - Familiarity with Metahuman-style workflows - Knowledge of motion capture (MoCap) and facial capture - Basic understanding of AI, computer vision, or real-time engines - Experience in working on films, immersive simulations, XR, or digital humans In terms of work model, you have the flexibility to work on-site in Gurugram or as a freelance artist based in DelhiGurugram, with the availability for in-person meetings when required.
