Role & Responsibilities: Die & mold fitting for rubber, plastic, and casting molds. Operating milling machines, surface grinders, and EDMs. CNC programming (for CNC role). Supervision & manpower management (for supervisor role). Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting of molds. Ensuring tool room discipline, accuracy, and productivity. Preferred Candidate Profile: ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical, or relevant trade. Basic knowledge of tool room machines (milling, surface grinder, EDM).
