Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drilling Site Engineer - Solids Control based in India. The Drilling Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to solids control at drilling sites. Duties include monitoring equipment performance, ensuring quality control of screen usage, and collaborating with site engineers to optimize drilling processes. Effective communication with team members and adherence to safety standards are also essential parts of this role. Qualifications Experience in on-site work and solid control processes Strong communication skills Quality control expertise Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the energy sector is a plus Strong knowledge of drilling fluids, waste management practices, and solids separation technology. Familiarity with brands like MI SWACO , NOV , KEMTRON , Derrick , or similar equipment is an advantage. Understanding of HSE standards and field safety practices.
