Roles and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the MD. Maintain proactive and excellent follow-ups with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, reports, MIS, and presentations for the MD. Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and monitor deadlines. Assist in personal tasks and responsibilities of the MD. Maintain effective communication across departments and act as a bridge between the MD and employees. Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for manpower planning. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and leave management. Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews. Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, etc.) Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.) Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
