Roles and Responsibilities Rubber industry operations including production, moulding, etc.,. Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals. Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources. Handle manpower effectively, allocating tasks and monitoring performance. Implement rejection control measures to minimize waste and optimize product quality. Conduct rejection analysis to identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile Candidates with B.E / B.Tech polymer are more preferred for this job. Male candidates are preferred for this job role. 3-5 years of experience in production supervising or related field (rubber molding). Strong understanding of rubber technology, mixing, and handling processes. Proficiency in production scheduling, operations, and manpower handling.
