Job Description: As the VP of Software Development and Co-Founder at Zoom My Life, an innovative health AI company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of the company to ensure the development of cutting-edge, scalable, and impactful solutions. You will lead the software development team, drive software architecture strategy, collaborate with AI/ML teams, and mentor junior developers to cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the software development team in creating and maintaining mobile and web applications through a full stack approach. - Define and implement the software architecture strategy to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. - Collaborate with AI/ML teams to incorporate advanced AI capabilities into mobile and web platforms. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers to encourage innovation and excellence. - Supervise the full stack development process to uphold high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Design and execute database systems that support health AI solutions. - Develop and sustain mobile applications using Flutter for cross-platform compatibility. - Utilize Firebase for backend services, including real-time databases, authentication, and cloud functions. - Manage the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. - Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. - Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Possess 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on mobile and web applications. - Strong expertise in full stack development, encompassing frontend, backend, and database design. - Demonstrated experience in software architecture and constructing scalable and secure systems. - Proficient in Flutter and Firebase, with practical experience in deploying cross-platform mobile apps. - Leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring development teams. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and adeptness in thriving within a fast-paced startup environment.,
