VP of Investor Relationship

The VP of Investor Relationship will be responsible for managing relationships with investors and ensuring effective communication. You will provide investors with information about the company's financial performance and strategy. Your main responsibilities will include developing an investor relations strategy, setting goals, creating and managing a strong reputation through consistent and clear communication, managing equity research and investor relationships, and providing insights on market activity to the leadership team. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a VP of Investor Relationship or similar role in a SaaS company. You should also have a strong understanding of India Investor laws and securities disclosure requirements. Excellent communication skills are a must to excel in this position.
