We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with customers. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work independently in the field. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Meet with potential and existing customers to present products/services and understand their needs. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver effective sales presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Ensure timely collection of payments and handle customer issues or complaints effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in [insert industry – e.g., FMCG, Retail, Technology, etc.]. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
