Love organizing, styling, and managing people? 💫 We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead our Wardrobe Digitization experience — where customers get their closets organized, photographed, and transformed into a digital wardrobe. What You’ll Do Manage on-ground wardrobe digitization bookings in and around HSR / Sarjapur. Coordinate with external helpers who fold, sort, and organize clothes. Personally take clear, well-lit photos of wardrobe items using our setup.o Ensure each booking runs smoothly — from customer arrival to final uploads. Maintain quality, punctuality, and customer satisfaction. Who You Are Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in on-ground or operational roles. Presentable, well-spoken in English, and confident in customer interactions. Owns a two-wheeler (mandatory). Organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys aesthetic work. Comfortable managing people and completing physical setup tasks. Women candidates preferred.
