Position: Video & Graphics Editor Type: Full-Time (Contractual) Location: Kota, Rajasthan Industry: Political Strategy & Media Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We're looking for a detail-obsessed, creatively sharp Video & Graphics Editor to join our in-house political war-room. Your visuals will shape public narratives, define candidate identities, and deliver impact at the constituency level. You’ll work closely with our strategy team to turn field content, speeches, campaign ideas, and policy messaging into compelling digital assets across formats and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage from ground events, interviews, and social media content into polished, high-impact narrativised videos. Design graphics, reels, templates, and campaign creatives suited for Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and print. Create visual storytelling pieces aligned with the political tone, target audience, and communication goals. Manage fast-turnaround editing for ongoing political campaigns, issue-based messaging, and reputation management. Collaborate with content writers, field videographers, and strategic leads to ensure visual consistency and clarity. Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , Photoshop , Illustrator , and other editing/design tools. Strong sense of motion design, typography, and political aesthetics. Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines and evolving briefs. Portfolio or demo reel of past work is mandatory . Preferred (Not Mandatory): Experience in political campaigns, media houses, or cause-based storytelling. Familiarity with print layout and basic sound design.
