Detailed Job Description Job Title: Customer Service & Order Management Executive Company: VNB CNC UDYOG (A part of Volume and Beyond Group) Location: Municipality Market, Tinkunia, Adjacent to Sarbajanin Kalibari, Tinsukia, Assam Experience: Freshers or up to 1-2 years of experience (are welcome to apply) Salary: ₹10,000-15,000 per month (Subject to discussion based on exceptional fit) About Us: VNB CNC UDYOG is a trusted name in Tinsukia since 2016, specializing in precision 2D and 3D CNC cutting services. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Order Taking: Handle customer inquiries efficiently over the phone, email, and in person at the outlet. Understand and interpret client requirements for various CNC cutting jobs (e.g., furniture, jalis, signage). Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders by clearly explaining our services and capabilities. Technical Understanding & Measurements: Develop a basic understanding of materials (MDF, HDHMR, Acrylic, etc.) and CNC cutting processes. Accurately record and interpret client-provided measurements and design files. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure order feasibility. Order Processing & Software Management: Create and manage customer orders, job sheets, and quotations using the company's standard software. Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy to ensure all order details are correctly logged. Track order progress and update customers on the status. Billing & Documentation: Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and Assamese (and/or Bengali); proficiency in English is a plus. Must be polite, confident, and able to explain technical details in simple terms. Educational Qualification: A graduate degree is preferable. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and use order management software. Basic understanding of measurements (length, width, area) is essential. Customer-Centric Approach: A natural desire to help people and provide exceptional service. Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in data entry, order specifications, and billing. Prepare and issue invoices and bills for customers. Handle basic billing queries and payment follow-ups. Sales Support: Proactively inform clients about our diverse offerings (e.g., partitions, panels, furniture) to maximize order value. Promote value-added services like free site measurement and quotes. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client problems and propose VNB's solutions. Ideal Candidate Profile: You are a presentable, confident, and a great listener. You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
