Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Executive, located in Pune. The Solar Executive will oversee the development, installation, and maintenance of solar solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, liaising with clients to understand their energy needs, coordinating with technical teams for system setup, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and driving operational efficiency to achieve the company’s goals. Qualifications Technical skills: Knowledge of solar energy systems, renewable energy technologies, and system installation processes. Project Management: Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and delivering solutions to meet client requirements. Analytical capabilities: Ability to analyze market trends, generate reports, and develop tailored energy solutions for customers. Communication competencies: Strong interpersonal, client liaison, and proposal preparation skills. Industry knowledge: Understanding of clean energy policies, regulations, and compliance frameworks. Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth execution of projects. Relevant education: Bachelor's degree in renewable energy, engineering, or related fields preferred. Experience in solar energy or power supply industries is advantageous.
