Role & Responsibilities: Drive regional sales of solar inverters in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment through channel partners, EPCs, and direct customers . Analyse regional market trends , pricing strategies , and competitor movements to identify business opportunities. Maintain and update sales funnel, forecast reports , and partner performance data through CRM and MIS systems . Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and key C&I customers. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, logistics, technical support, and after-sales service . Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators to ensure consistent growth in assigned regions. Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of solar inverters , pricing models, and industry practices. Proven track record in channel partner development , mid-market customer acquisition , and regional sales leadership . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools , MS Excel , and strong understanding of local market dynamics . Preferred Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification : Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce ; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
