About the job: As our AI Developer, you won't just write code you'll partner with AI tools to conceptualize, prototype, and build full-stack features in record time. You'll convert user needs and contract workflows into functioning, AI-driven software end to end. This role bridges software engineering, product execution, and AI-engineering there is no separation between front-end, back-end, and model integration: you do it all. Key Responsibilities: 1. Use tools like Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc., to accelerate development of full-stack features. 2. Design, prototype, test, and deploy CLM modules: clause extraction, contract review UI, workflow automation. 3. Integrate LLMs, vector embeddings, rule engines, and APIs for tasks like clause summarization, risk detection, and redlining. 4. Collaborate closely with product, legal/contract experts, and UX to translate business needs into AI-first applications. 5. Optimize for scalability, security, and reliability in production environments. 6. Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and best practices, including prompt engineering, new assistive coding workflows, and MLOps pipelines (X-Team). 7. Ensure ethical and privacy-compliant AI bias detection, data protection, and auditability are built-in (Wikipedia). Clear understanding of full-stack systems, APIs, databases, deployment pipelines (CI/CD, Docker, cloud). 5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills—able to work across functional teams. Preferred 1. Experience in contract management, procurement, or legal-tech systems like Ironclad or Icertis. 2. Familiarity with MLOps tooling, prompt engineering ecosystems, or AI governance frameworks. 3. Background in enterprise SaaS, contract workflows, or B2B product deployment.
