The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality and efficiency, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals. The role involves planning and implementing production processes, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Strong skills in production planning, process optimization, and workflow management Proficiency in quality control, safety standards, and equipment maintenance practices Experience in team leadership, communication, and employee supervision Knowledge of industry regulations and ability to implement compliance initiatives Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role is preferred Familiarity with modern manufacturing technologies and techniques is advantageous
