As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for VoIP-related issues through phone calls and emails. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving VoIP problems such as call quality issues, connectivity problems, and configuration errors. Additionally, you will assist customers with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP systems. Monitoring and maintaining VoIP infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues and document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system. Regular system checks and preventative maintenance will also be conducted to avoid service interruptions. It will be important for you to stay up-to-date with the latest VoIP technologies, trends, and best practices. Providing training and guidance to customers on VoIP system usage and features will also be a part of your role. Certification in VoIP technologies such as CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, and experience with VoIP service providers and cloud-based VoIP solutions will be beneficial. Additionally, knowledge of network security practices and protocols is required for this position. This role is based in Begumpet, Hyderabad, with a shift timing from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST, working 5 days per week.,
