Description VoIP Engineer III-3938 ( Pls get India JC) Essential Functions: The VOIP Engineer III will have at least 5+ years of VoIP architecture, design, implementation, and/or operations experience in a mid-sized corporation/ or service provider infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated skills in VoIP technologies that CBTS delivers. Candidates should have extensive experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Teams voice deployments for both Direct Routing, and Operator Connect. In this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral are a necessity. Strong working experience with provisioning and scripting with tools such as PowerShell, Graph API, and other API's is required. The ability to document processes clearly is of extreme importance. Work closely with Manager and other members of the implementation and/or operations team. We will need applicants with the following certifications if possible: Microsoft: MS 700 (Required) MS 721 (Required) MD 102 (Preferred) Ribbon: PSX Support Professional (Preferred) SBC Core Support Professional (Preferred) EMS/Ramp Implementation and Support Professional (Preferred) SIP School: SSCA (Required) SSVVP (Preferred) Apply now
