Role Overview We are seeking Junior BIM Modelers across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) domains to support our growing digital delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals to build foundational expertise in BIM workflows, working on real-time coordinated projects using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks under the mentorship of senior professionals. You will assist in producing 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and coordinated documentation in accordance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and international standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing MEPF BIM models (up to LOD 400) using Autodesk Revit Prepare layouts, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, and 3D coordination views Follow established BIM standards, templates, and BEP guidelines Support clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants for model integration Apply redlines, markups, and revisions shared by engineers or BIM leads Maintain clean modelling practices, file versioning, and naming conventions in the Common Data Environment (CDE) Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 1–2 years of industry experience Proficiency in: Autodesk Revit MEP (mandatory) AutoCAD Navisworks Manage (mandatory) Autodesk Docs / BIM Collaborate (added advantage) Dynamo (added advantage) Understanding of system layouts: HVAC ducting & piping Electrical lighting & power layouts Plumbing supply & drainage Firefighting systems Awareness of standards such as NBC India, ISO 19650, AIA, ASHRAE, NFPA, etc (preferred) Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and team collaboration What We Offer Exposure to live BIM projects in sectors like commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure Mentorship from experienced BIM engineers and discipline leads In-house training programs, model reviews, and workflow upskilling A collaborative and digitally driven design environment Clear growth path to Senior BIM Modeler, BIM Coordinator, or QA/QC Lead roles How to Apply Send your CV and any sample Revit/CAD work (if available) to: Email : hr@massandvoid.in

Architect Experience: 7–10 years Expertise in design development, detailing, and project coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Rhino/Grasshopper, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with project management tools (MS Office, BIM 360, or similar) Interest in exploring AI-driven design and visualisation tools is a must Strong communication skills for client coordination and leading teams 2.
