Job Title: Inbound Voice – Banking Process

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for the Inbound Voice – Banking Process. Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries.
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Identify cross-selling opportunities where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of regional languages will be preferred.

Salary Details:

Freshers: ₹16,200 CTC / ₹15,700 In-Hand
Experienced: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹17,500 In-Hand

Additional Benefits:

6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.
Two-way cab facility or ₹2,000 transport allowance.
