As a Customer Care Executive in the Voice and Non-Tech Support role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to international customers. Your primary focus will be on demonstrating strong English communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Graduation in any stream is mandatory for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize excellent English communication skills including grammar, pronunciation, articulation, and fluency to effectively interact with customers. - Maintain a strong customer service orientation while handling queries and concerns from international customers. - Demonstrate empathy and a problem-solving approach to address customer issues effectively. - Prior experience in a voice process, specifically in non-tech support, is preferred. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream is mandatory for this role. The company operates in a 24/7 rotational shift environment with 5 days of work from the office. There are 50 positions available at each location in Bangalore (Electronic City office) and Pune (Hinjewadi). During the interview process, you will undergo the following steps: Step 1: Aptitude Test - Microphone and camera are required for the test, with intermittent checks. Step 2: CRT Round (Communication Assessment) - Conducted via call by a panelist focusing on grammar, flow, articulation, pronunciation, and speech volume. - Passing criteria require a minimum score of 72%. Step 3: Operations Round - Evaluation of empathy, communication quality, and customer-first attitude.
