Job Description

Core responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers.
  • Provide information about products and services accurately and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for customer issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call handling time and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate priority issues when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
