Voice Process Associate is responsible for communicating with customers over phone calls, answering their questions, solving problems, and providing customer support. 1. Job Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. Answer customer questions and queries. Explain products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints politely. Provide accurate information. Maintain customer details and call records. Follow company rules and communication procedures. Achieve daily and monthly targets. 2. Salary for Freshers In India, an approximate starting salary can be: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month: Some entry-level roles. ₹18,000–₹35,000 per month: Some voice-process roles. Salary depends on company, location and communication skills.
