You should have an overall experience of 4-6 years with past experience in IVR testing. Familiarity with Cyara automation tool will be an added advantage. Your responsibilities will include manual testing, creating clear test cases, documenting test cases, performing risk analysis, recording test progress, and results. You will need to identify, track, and report bugs, as well as anticipate potential user problems. You must have a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools, along with the ability to create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases. Experience in IVR testing and banking domain knowledge is required. Familiarity with HP QC test management tool is preferred. You should be able to perform End-To-End IVR testing, including call dialing, IVR navigation, and call transfer to an agent. Candidates with exposure to Cyara tool, Voice Biometrics, Speech / Conversational IVRs, and Agent Toolbar Testing will have an added advantage. Understanding of IVR test estimation, IVR report testing, and the Genesys platform is desired. You will be expected to maintain an agile mindset and adopt agile delivery methods as necessary.
