1. Operational Management Ensure smooth daily operations of the home including food, shelter, medical care, and hygiene. Community and Stakeholder Relations Network with NGOs, hospitals, government bodies, and welfare agencies. Represent the home in official meetings and public forums. Organize awareness events and community engagement programs.
