In this role, youll support hiring across creative, strategy, design, digital, and production functions. It’s a great opportunity to understand how top talent is hired in the advertising world and to work closely with teams that shape culture and brands Role & responsibilities Support the TA team in sourcing candidates for roles across creative, design, strategy, and digital Help manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant job boards Screen profiles and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and documentation Assist in employer branding activities social media posts, agency events, campus outreach, etc. Draft job descriptions and role write-ups with input from hiring managers Ensure timely follow-ups and a seamless candidate experience
