VMC Setter/Operator

Responsibilities

Set up and operate VMC machines efficiently.

Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and tooling instructions.

Select appropriate tools and materials for machining processes.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency.

Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or production errors.

Perform in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

Qualifications

12th / diploma or Any Degree; technical certifications are a plus.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a VMC Operator and Setter.

Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong commitment to workplace safety.
