VMC Programmer(male)

Title: VMC Programmer

Location: Kasna Site 5, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Gender Preference: Male

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

Experience: 10 – 15 years

Key Skills Required:

• CNC programming using PowerMILL or SolidCAM
• Proficiency in G-CODE / CAM software
• Knowledge of SolidWorks and Delcam
• Machine setup and operation
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of VMC machines
• Strong understanding of machining processes and precision components

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using CAM software.
• Perform machine setup, tool selection, and fixture arrangements.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality output.
• Maintain and service VMC machines to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with design and production teams for efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
