Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced VMC and HMC Setter Cum Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating advanced machining centers, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. HMC/VMC operator Minimum 3 - 5 yrs of experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Schedule: ? Day shift ? Morning shift Must be able to program, assemble, setting. Immediate joiner needed. Responsibilities Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining processes. Monitor and maintain machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality production. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in operating VMC and HMC machines. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of machining processes and principles. Knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices. Ability to perform precise measurements and adjustments using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Familiarity with programming languages for CNC machines, such as G-code and M-code. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
