We are hiring Telecallers for our Banking Collections team in Faridabad. The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments (loans, EMIs, or credit cards), convincing them to repay on time, and maintaining professional communication. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, patient, and target-oriented. Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Prior experience in collections, telecalling, or a BPO voice process is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment reminders and recovery. Follow up consistently to ensure timely collections as per bank norms. Explain repayment options, EMI schedules, and consequences of non-payment. Maintain accurate records of calls, payment promises, and customer feedback. Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the Team Leader. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, bank policies, and legal protocols. Handle customer objections or complaints tactfully and professionally.
