Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements, monthly and annual accounts, and business performance reports. Auditing: Conducting internal and external financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations. Taxation: Advising on tax planning, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Financial Advisory: Providing strategic financial advice and counseling to individuals and businesses on areas of financial improvement. Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing budgets, preparing forecasts, and analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions. Risk Management: Analyzing financial risks and implementing strategies to prevent or mitigate fraud and other financial discrepancies. Financial Systems: Evaluating and improving financial systems and processes. Liaison: Liaising with clients, businesses, vendors, and auditors to manage relationships and resolve financial issues. Required Skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally. Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and auditing practices. Understanding of tax laws and regulatory standards. Analytical & Quantitative Skills: Strong numeracy, quantitative, and analytical skills to analyze financial data and solve complex problems. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
