Role- US Non-IT Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various non-technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job boards and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate information. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process. Conduct reference checks and assist in the negotiation of job offers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting non-IT positions (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, operations, administrative roles). Experience working in high-volume recruitment or recruiting for multiple roles at once is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor). Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers quickly. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate selection. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Other: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. A proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
