Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Bangalore-based cybersecurity sales team. The role involves identifying and nurturing potential clients, managing leads, and contributing to Vivrti Infotech’s revenue growth by positioning our cybersecurity offerings to prospective customers. Key Responsibilities · Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement. · Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, cybersecurity pain points, and technology landscape. · · Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop tailored cybersecurity solutions. · Maintain and update the CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate customer and opportunity information. · Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for order processing. · Support marketing-led campaigns, webinars, and events by following up on generated leads. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. · Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in cybersecurity, IT solutions, or enterprise technology. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies (training will be provided). · Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office. · Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications · Experience selling cybersecurity (e.g., Application Security, GRC, Dark Web Monitorring). · Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks · Prior experience with IT channel partners, distributors, or system integrators. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Number of qualified leads generated monthly/quarterly. · Conversion ratio from opportunity to deal closure. · Sales revenue and target achievement. · Customer acquisition and retention rate.
