We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling medical equipment or surgical devices . The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales of medical and surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and distributors and this is a field-based/off-site role. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical and surgical equipment segment. · Promote and sell products to hospitals, nursing homes, surgical centres, and medical distributors. · Build and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, clinicians, nurses biomedical engineers, purchase departments, and key decision-makers. · Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical support when required. · Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs. · Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. · Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and post-sales support. · Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM tools. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in any science field preferably biomedical science · Minimum 6 years of experience in medical equipment or device sales is mandatory. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach. · Ability to understand technical product specifications and clinical applications. · Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and fieldwork. Preferred Skills: · Existing network of contacts in hospitals or surgical product procurement departments. · Experience in institutional sales, tendering, or distributor management is an advantage. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office · Demonstrated achievement in Conceptual Sales with multiple stakeholders engagement involved Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
